Foster III and Jessica Marshall (Nathanael); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Foster (Tristen) and Hutson Marshall; his pet Bernie; his siblings, Victoria Johnson of Washington, PA, Joyce Murray (Dennis) of Coshocton, OH, Deborah Baer (John) of Washington, PA and Stephen Foster (Rosemary) of Alice, TX; and his uncle Daniel Wiley (Ruthann) of Burbank, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
