He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Fulk and Esther Fulk (Eby); his wife Ruth Fishpaw Fulk; and his siblings, Clarence, Henry, John, Ray Fulk, Marjorie Weekly and Mary Keller.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Fulk, Brian Fulk (Debora), Robin Hipsher (Tim) and Eric Fulk (Jill); his grandchildren, Shannon Albers (Landon), Jon Hipsher, Hannah Cuffman (Dan), Logan and Tanner Fulk; his great grandchildren, Lily, Nash Albers, James and Vivian Cuffman; and his sister Phyllis Simpson. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Paradise Hill Church.
