She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay E. White and Ruby M. White; her brothers-in-law, Philip Crossen, Dennis Van Scoy, Charles Turk and Donald Turk (Portia); her sister Doris Harris; and her sister-in-law Sally Schoonover (Gordon Schoonover).
She is survived by: her husband Roy Turk of Ashland; her children, Susan Zimmerman (Bill) of Delaware and Kevin Turk of Ashland; her grandchildren, Charlie Zimmerman of Chicago, Mary Beth Zimmerman of Milwaukee, Kyle Turk of Ashland and Morgan Turk of Ashland; her siblings, Carol Crossen of Nankin, Barbara Wiley (Jack) of Ashland Springfield, Sandra Van Scoy of Ashland and Terry White (Elizabeth) of Perrysburg; her brother-in-law Donald Harris of Marengo, Ohio.; and also Marlene DeWitt of Leesburg, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ashland County Cancer Association or to the Ashland First United Methodist Church.
