She is survived by: her husband Donald Welter; her children, Theresa Morr (Steve) of Ashland, Craig Welter (Jennifer) of Mansfield and Justin Welter (Sara) of Mansfield; and her grandchildren, Lucas Welter, Allison Morr, Collin Welter, Ethan Morr, Connor Welter, Ava Welter, Jaxson Welter and Sadie Welter.
