She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard R. and Mary G. Mortiz; her husband Dean Kauffman; and her sister Janet Motter (Richard). She is survived by: her brother Charles "Chuck" Moritz (Pam) of Logan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home (313 Center St, Ashland, OH 44805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
