She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford and Hazel Hilliker (Crawford); her husband William F. Stepp Jr. (Floyd); and her brother Jim Hilliker. She is survived by: her brother Todd Hilliker of Ashland; and her stepchildren, Bill Stepp (Connie) of Ashland, Tim Stepp of Charleston, Randy Stepp of Cleveland, Jamie Stepp of Ashland and Michelle Jones (Michael) of Charleston. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
It is asked that anyone attending the graveside service wear masks and practice social distancing while attending.
