He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard S. Clark of Ashland and Helen Clark (Tharp) of Ashland. He is survived by: his sister Diane Clark Hartney (Dale T.) of Columbus; his niece Erin H. Layden; and his great-nieces, Lydia and Anna Layden of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
