She was predeceased by: her parents, William Evel and Minnetta Evel (Plank); her siblings, Maxine Sprinkle, Pauline Rodgers and Merel Evel; and her nephew Steven Keener.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Keener; her stepchildren, Kay Keener, Steven Keener, Suzzanne Keener and Sharon Keener; her grandchildren, Krissy Manion, Jason Keener (Cassie), Amanda Hess (Matt), Alicia Ables (Jerry), Benjamin Keener, Emily Mosley (Anthony) and Jordan Keener; her husband Darryl Piatt; and her sons, Randy, Gregory and Eric. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
