He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Shelia Shade (Matt), Donald Adkins (Sarah) and Daniel Adkins (Leighann); his grandchildren, Autumn, Jacob, Natalie, Savannah, Nathan, Urijah and Nolen; his siblings, Lisa Oakley (Ken) and Bill Adkins (Ruby); and his brother-in-law Bob Hedrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, in laws, and friends.
