She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Calvin Bartley and Betty Bartley (Spencer) of Polk; her sisters, Cheryl Bartley of Polk and Beverly Baker of Ashland; and her husband Raymond Wiley. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
