He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Nell and Florence Nell (Stacy); his siblings, Ronald Nell and Geraldine Nell; and his great-nephew Logan Rhine.
He is survived by: his niece Chasta Rhine (Tiffany Stake) of Ashland.
It is asked that anyone attending the funeral service wear a mask and observe social distancing protocols.
