He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W. Bartley and Marjorie Bartley (Kline). He is survived by: his spouse Lodena Bartley (Bower); his children, Ray Gantz (Melanie) of Ashland, Sean Bartley of Ashland and Amber Bartley of Ashland; his grandchildren, Dylan Gantz, Damon Gantz, Dakota Gantz (Anna) and Ashlee Gantz; and his great grandchild Adeline Gantz.
