He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Falor and Lillie Pedigo Falor; and his siblings, Johnny, Jessie Falor, Artie Dill and Pattie Falor.
He is survived by: his children, Delbert Falor Jr. (Rebecca) of Ashland and Sally Daniels; and his siblings, Richard, Isaac, Kenny Falor and Suzy Falor. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
