He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Satterfield and Lorraine Satterfield (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Judy Price; his son David Satterfield (Melissa) of Ashland; his brother Mark Satterfield (Maria) of Point Pleasant; and his brother-in-law John Chamberlin of Ashland.
