She is survived by: her husband Gary Kohn of Ashland; her son Kevin Kohn (Chong) of Reynoldsburg; her grandchildren, Michael Kohn and Julie Fortney (Logan) of Grandview Heights; and her brother Dick Reich (Lenora) of Ashland.
