He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Swinehart and Dorothy Swinehart (Leedy); his daughter Deborah; and his siblings, Duane and Violet Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Swinehart; his daughter Sharon Kelley (Brad); his grandchildren, Maria Tomko (Michael), Andrew Kelley (Logan) and Anna Kelley; his great grandchild Dean Kelley; and his sister Louise Loop (Ted) of Indiana.
