He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Fulk and Betty Fulk (Murch); his wife Nevanka (Sayers); his children, Michelle Scott (Gordon) of Westerville, Ohio, Greg Fulk of Ashland and Donovan Kelley of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jessica Cermelj, Jenna, Sam Scott, Hanna and Halston Fulk; his siblings, Barbara Sanchez of South Carolina, Becky McMullen (Dennis) of Cumberland, Ohio and Jacob Fulk (Debbie) of Holmesville, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Richard Sayers (Lori) of Georgia. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
