He is survived by: his wife Jane (Sparacio); his children, Charles E. II Ames (Lisa) of Perrysburg, OH, Rhonda Weber of Ashland and Lori Birdsong (Mike) of Lake Jackson, TX; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Paige, Angela Ames, Corey, Aaron Stitzel, C. J., Ryan, Austin and Levi Shaffer; and his siblings, Betty Sanborn (Mel) of Yuma, AZ, Richard Ames (Brenda Ferguson) of Ashland and Daniel Ames (Paula) of Ashland. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
