She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jean Daugherty and Carlos; and her aunt Kay Holmes. She is survived by: her daughter Olivia Cerny; her stepchildren, Tristian Caseman, Kendra, Tessa, Isabella Bigler and Zack Cerny; her grandchildren, Raelynn and Adalynn Milligan; her siblings, Joseph Ewbank and Danielle Ewbank; and also Keith Hoffkins. She is also survived by her parents; her mom.
