She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Purdy of Ashland; her children, Leslie Sweet of Jeromesville, Michael Horst (Melanie) of Churchill and Dean Horst (Rosemary) of Ashland; her grandchildren, John Horst (Katie), Caitlin Horst (George Bihun), Josh Horst (Catie) and McKenzie Horst; her great grandchildren, Oaklen, Kailynn, Macoy, River, Lane Horst, Veda Bihun and Finn Kuhl; and her sister Katherine Sloan of Ashland.
