He is survived by: his mother Karen Blair (Craft); his wife Antoinette "Toni" Blair (Yancosky) of Ashland; his daughter Brianna Blair of Ashland; his stepdaughter Danielle Wiles; his grandson Jasper Duncan of Ashland; his brother Chad Blair of Shelby; his nephews, Alec, Zach and Peyton Blair; his cousin Gregory Travis; and his close friends, Joe Brown, James Price, Samatha and Packy Underwood.
