She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther J. Copley and Elsie Beals Copley; her husband Virgil Phillips; her son Owen H. Phillips; her grandson Ryan Phalen; and her great grandchild Colt James Darling.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Echelberger (Keith) of Ashland, Patricia Simpson (Dennis) of Sullivan, Rose Lease (Dean) of Ashland and Frank Phillips (Kathy) of Ashland; and her siblings, Eva Mae Settle of Oak Hill and Frank Copley of Kentucky. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.
