It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Bursley (Ashland, Ohio), who passed away on July 15, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Farver and Mable Gertrude Farver (Huston); her grandparents, John Farver and Jane Dove Farver; her siblings, John Wilbert Farver, Lenna May Farver, Roberta May Morley, Grace Naomi Eighinger, Gertrude Clarice Bull, Ruth Lucille Stanley and Mary Rosetta Calhoun; her daughter Jane Elizabeth Bobel; and her stepson Jack Allan Bursley.
She is survived by: her son Bill Bursley (Becky) of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Rob Hummel (Nan) of Arizona, Michelle Hummel of Canton, Betsy Bursley, Johnny Bursley (Heidi) of Ashland, Jack Bursley of Indiana, Jed Bursley, Adam Bursley, Nathan Bursley (Michaela) of Ashland and Mansfield. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
