She was predeceased by: her parents, Pershing Robertson and Mable Creasy-Grisett; her siblings, Tommy, Watson and Teresa (James); and her great grandchild Presley (Bella Ann).
She is survived by: her husband James P. Blough; her son Richard Blough (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Kristy Berkshire (Lonnie), Jennifer Blough (Cody Reeder), Jessica Vaughn (Gabriel) and Tyler (Chelsea Van Houten).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ashland County Humane Society.
