She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Elton Chamberlain (Larry); her daughters, Amy Caudy (John) of Miamisburg, OH and Julie Salmons (Ken) of Elyria, OH; her grandchildren, Laurie Whipkey (Michael), Rebekah Wyen (Austin), Robert Caudy (Camila), Melanie Salmons and Erin McKay (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Gavin Whipkey, Connor Whipkey and Blake Wyen; her sister Sheila Roseborough (Brad) of Lexington, OH; and her sister-in-law Nancy Taylor of Canton, MI..

The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Ashland County Cancer Association or to the Ashland County Humane Society.
