He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Buzzard; and his sister Glorene Shockney. He is survived by: his grandson Troy; his sons, Tom Chapman (Lori) of Ashland and Dave Chapman (Betty) of West Salem; his grandchildren, Makaree Chapman, Chris, Brian and Brandon Curtis; his great grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Riley, Thomas and Tyler; and his brothers, Harvey (Fred Buzzard), John Buzzard of Bellville and Jackie Shambaugh of Ashland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Grace Brethren Church of Ashland.
