She is survived by: her husband Weston Settlemire; her mother Barbara Hastings of Dunkirk; her sons, Tyler Richard (Brittany Reigle) of Arlington, Seth Richard of Arlington and Waylon Settlemire; her grandchildren, Savannah and Jackson; her siblings, Jerry "LJ" Smith (Terry) of Celina, James Smith (Amber) of Dunkirk, Derek Hastings (Reagan) of Forest and Karen Benninger; her in-laws, Don and Stacy Settlemire of Findlay; and her sister-in-law Kelsi Hardwick (Travis) of Lima. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
