He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lewis and Cleona Fern Clark, Sr. (Houtz); and his daughter Deanna Eatherton. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Weaver); his children, Denise, Gary Snook, Rick, Michele Clark, Amy and Brent O'Rear; his grandchildren, Andrew Snook, Joshua Eatherton, Ethan Snook, Shaye Keller, Eric Eatherton, Evan O'Rear, Olivia Clark, Jackson Clark, Will Clark and Allison Clark; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Victoria, Roman Snook, Evie, Sunny and Alfie Eatherton; his siblings, Rev. Douglas Clark (Carol), Danny Clark (Donna) and Patty Hough (Kim); and his son-in-law Jerry Eatherton. He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
