She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardis W. Little and Martha Gladys Little (Watkins); her husband Herbert Warye; and her brother Lester Little. She is survived by: her siblings, Herbert M. Little of Bellefontaine, Wanda Beagle of Arlington and Judy McClanahan of Grove City.

“Phyllis was such a nice lady, a kind and generous person and such a great friend to my family. She financed my grandfathers multimillion dollar career and without Phyllis and her husband Herb, I wouldn't be half the man I am today. She took in my dog Gina after my grandfather Bob passed and Phyllis took such good care of her. I was sad to read of her passing in a search, but knowing Phyllis both inside the United Methodist Church of Arlington and as such a great family friend she is with God.”
