He is survived by: his sons, Neil Karhoff of Arlington, Kevin Karhoff (Meg) of Findlay and Scott Karhoff (Amy) of Rawson; his siblings, Ronald Karhoff (Pam), Eugene Karhoff (Jodi), Melvin Karhoff (Lee Ann), David Karhoff (Jennifer) and Arlene Pryor; his grandchildren, Jeff Karhoff, Rachel Karhoff, Shiloh Karhoff, Savannah Karhoff, Madi Karhoff, Mitchell Karhoff (Morgan), Michael Karhoff and McKenzie Karhoff; his great grandchildren, Theo Hiatt, Myla Karhoff and Adalynn Karhoff; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Karhoff and Dan Miller.
