He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Cook; his children, Tammy Spoon (Brad), Tammy Frazier, Kelly Burger (John), Ken Cook (Michelle) and Jeff Snider; his siblings, Diane Sellars Harmon, Robert Fout (Dixie) and William Fout (Vicki); and his mother-in-law Martha Hodge. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
