He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Opal; and his father-in-law Paul Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sue (Cook); his sons, Scott (Christine), Jeremy and Kelly (Susan); his grandchildren, Faith (Zach), Ethan and Jacob; his brother Lee (Deb); and his nieces and nephews, Todd, Lori, Dawn, Onna, Sarah and Steven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to 50 North for food certificates or to the United Methodist Youth Group education program.
