Winter; her stepchildren, Brian Winter of Ellicott City, Karen Williams (Mike) of Findlay, Kathy Fraley (Bob) of Findlay, Debbie Cassidy (Dwayne) of Plymouth, OH, Lori Winter of Odenton, MD and Kelly Winter of Odenton, MD; and her siblings, Daniel Luscomb of Canton, Ohio and Cathy Roberts (Bill) of Yuma, Arizonia. She is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
