He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Garlow; his children, Steven Byal (Shirley) of Dunkirk, Michael Byal (Shirley) of Arlington, Ohio and Kitrina Feller (Steven) of Arlington; his brother-in-law William Garlow (Cheryl) of Rossford; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Kimberly, Matthew, Christina and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Aiden and Cooper.
