He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Woods and Myrtle Woods (Steinman); his former wife Virginia L. Goodart; and his brothers, Ed, Joe and Bob Woods.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley E. May-Zechman; his children, Phillip Woods (Marilyn), Bethann Ray (Tony), Jim Woods (Janet), Jason Woods (Chris), Terri Williams (David), Kim Kennedy (Bill) and Todd Zechman (Amy); and his sisters, Ann Riker and Kathy Loy (Jim). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
