He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy; and his parents, James and Jonett. He is survived by: his children, Christina Miller (Tom), Lindsey Cravens, Craig Phelps (Jenn), Tiffany Profitt, Jonathan Phelps and Justin Phelps (Hailey Evans); and his sisters, Gloria Robbins (Donnie), Gail Jones (Mike) and Gilda Sowder (Jim). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
