He is survived by: his wife Rachel Essinger; his children, Jennifer Fox (Denis), Jane Follas (Van) and Jody Wolford (Richard Jr.); his grandchildren, Andrew Follas (Lindsay), Abby Fitch (Andy), Jonathon Fox, Sarah Morgan (Corey), Amanda Leu (Jacob), Erica Fisher (Gideon) and Ben Wolford; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Follas, Megan Follas, Ryan Morgan, Joshua Morgan, Mason Leu, Cohen Leu, Eli Fitch, Owen Fitch, Claire Fisher, Caleb Fisher, Emerson Fox, Aaron Fox and Addison Fox.
Memorial contributions in Forrest's name may be made to St. Paul Church Building Fund.
