She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Neeley (Tracie) and Shawn Neeley (Krista); her brothers, Gary Rutledge (Marsha) and Ronnie Rutledge (Marjorie); her granddaughters, Ashley Hogan (Shane) and Laekin Loomis (Nathan); and her friend Desma Carroll. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
