Smith Jr. Chase; his adoptive parent Shawn James Clark; his grandparents, Mary, Michael Neill, David, Christina Emmons, Rodney, Penny Smith and Barbara Clark; his great-grandparents, Nancy Emmons, Marlene Flugga and Carolyn Hingson; his siblings, Baileigh Clark, Taylor Clark, Shelby, Macie Clark, Kyleigh Smith and Darrien Smith; his aunt Kellie Brandeberry (Ethan); his cousins, Snow, Huxlee and Kinsley; and his grandfather James Clark. He is also survived by his mother's other two children.
