He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Hazel Mann; his wife Deborah Volkman; his children, Brandon Allen, Katlin Allen and Derek Allen; his grandchildren, Madison Allen, Jaylen Stokes and Amiyah Clinton; his mother Hazel Palmer (Mann); his siblings, Cindy Wanless (Bob), Betty Walker (Scott) and Trudi Mahnke (Neil Balser); and his close friend Jeff Lee.
