He is survived by: his wife Audrey Thomas; his children, Eddie Burkholder (Rachelle) of Archbold and Katy Burkholder of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Keaton and MaKenna; and his siblings, Charmaine Carlin (Doug) of Stryker, Patricia Short (Gordon) of Goshen, IN and Jeff Burkholder (Mary) of Bryan.
