He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Refugio, Sofia DeLaCruz and Guadalupe Flores; his uncle Rufus DeLaCruz Jr.; and his aunts, Andrea Flores, Christine DeLaCruz, Matilda Vasquez and Santos Garcia.
He is survived by: his parents, Jose "Joe" Guzman and Sophia DeLaCruz; his son Grabiel Salas (Megan); his grandson Grabiel Salas, Jr.; his siblings, Linda Garcia (Chuck), Maria Guzman (Danielle), Teresa Maldonado (Jorge), Ruby Guzman (Eric), Angel Guzman (Carmen) and Jay Guzman; and his partner's child Stone Jackson. He is also survived by 22 nieces & nephews, 30 great nieces & nephews and numerous cousins, aunts & uncles.
