It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald T. Ruffer of Archbold, Ohio, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen "Red" Ruffer and Marjorie Ruffer (Dominique); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Miller and James Howe. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Miller and Nancy Howe; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Miller (Kim), Mary Murcko (Paul), Margery Walters (Mark), Marie Zimmerman (Mike), Teri Woodby (Rick), James Howe (Michelle) and Tom Howe (Lisa).
The family suggests that memorials be given to St. Peter Catholic Church or Fairlawn Haven.
