He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret La Plante (Bucher) and Sereno La Plante of Whitehouse, Ohio.; his wife Marilyn Alice Pile of Sylvania; his children, Patricia Dennis (Jon) of Salado, Steven La Plante of Archbold and Jeffrey La Plante (Tammy) of Spring Branch; his grandchildren, Brett La Plante (Raven), Marc La Plante and Rosemary Dennis; and his siblings, Suzanne Shook of Sturgis, MI, Les La Plante (Betty) of Oceanside, CA and Luann Perzynski (Chuck) of Toledo, Ohio..
