He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nancy Vondran and Carl Loetz. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Loetz of Archbold; his children, Chad Oxender (Julie), Jennifer Stemen (Gene) of Delphos, Myra Frazer (Israel) of Defiance and Nathan Loetz (Patricia) of Vienna, Austria; and his siblings, Carolyn Mason, Kathleen Calvelage (David), Sue Grothouse (Larry), Bill Loetz and Joe Loetz. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
He was a lifetime member of the Delphos VFW, former member of the West Unity Lions Club, and former President of the West Unity Area Foundation.
