He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Fletcher (Lashuay) and Warren Low; and his brothers, Tim Low and Mike Low. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Low; his children, Rachelle Below, Jr. (Joshua), Emily Logston (Kodi) and Noah Logston (Carly); his grandchildren, Cameron Low, Korbin Below, Halo Low, Jaxen Below and Addalee Below; his siblings, Scott Low (Darline), Joe Low (Julie), Phil Low, Laura Low and Lisa Low; and his sisters-in-law, Bridgette Kabat (Jim), Shelly Low and Carol Low. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
