She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wyse and Sarah Wyse (Wyse); her spouse Paul M. Short; her son Paul W. "Bill" Short; and her siblings, Ronald "Sonny" Wyse, Helen Kauffman and Berneda Nofziger.
She is survived by: her son Kent Short (Shiela) of Wauseon; her daughter-in-law Doris Hornyak of Defiance; and her sister-in-law Shirley Wyse of Archbold. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
