He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hart and Barbara Hart (McCarthy); his son Blosser of Montana; and his half-brother Stephen Belbaugh. He is survived by: his children, Cara Miller of Stryker and Cyle Miller of Delta; his brothers, Robert Hart of Wauseon and Daniel Hart; his half-brother Richard Balbaugh of Santa Monica, CA; and his sisters, Regina Hart and Julie Otterson of Bryan.

The family suggests that memorials be given to Short Funeral Home.
