He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Oyer and Ada Oyer (Rupp); his wife Janis Stotz; his sons, Gary and Greg; and his siblings, Richard, Jim, Elmer Jr., Grace (Amstutz), Helen (Wagoner) and Mary Jane (Mills).
He is survived by: his grandsons, Benjamin Oyer and Daniel Oyer.
The family suggests memorials be given to Salem 4 Youth, Miracle Camp or Gideon's International.
