She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Sams and Martha Sams (Bredow); her husband William Hoops; and her son-in-law Ken Dressler. She is survived by: her children, Suzie Rupp (Larry) of Stryker, Peggy Dressler of Quilcene, WA, Janet Perez (Tony) of Archbold and Jim Hoops (Brenda) of Pettisville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Voice of the Martyrs or the Fulton Co. Gideon Camp.
